Izu No Hana

揚げ茄子おろしそば is really live up to the fame! I've never surprised with aubergines like this. I definitely eat this menu again when I revisit here.

The savory broth and chewy noodles provides warmth and comfort after a cold leisurely stroll at Ginzan Onsen. Their soba ice cream should not be missed. It has a mild and unique taste and is speckled with crispy soba. All these in a dimly lit and rustique restaurant surrounded by mementos from the past.

I order a “Shoeu Raman”, and I like it so much. Reasonable price, the soup is not salty like I ate Raman at other places. My wife orders Soba, the fried eggplant is ver delicious, but soba itself is salty, anyway, we love this place very much.

You can only eat foods at here, if you coming to GINZAN ONSEN without staying in any hotels(Ryokan).Japanese Soba taste are perfect at there😉

At 11:30 we went with four family members, but it was already crowded. On Sunday, there were many student-like people. We had soy sauce ramen, warm fried eggplant soba, and warm pork soba. All the soba noodles that I ate after the meal were delicious.

I normally don’t like soba but this is surprisingly good! The broth is such a delight!

A restaurant near the entrance of Ginzan Onsen.There is a taste in the building that matches the atmosphere of Ginzan Onsen.Share Yamagata's specialty plate soba (3 servings), maiko tempura, fried eggplant, and sake together with your wife.The soba was so-called countryside soup. I think that the variation in thickness is also quite large. I ordered so that it would be just right for two servings because it was soba, but it was quite a bit difficult.All three items were delicious. Soba eaten while watching the view of the Ginzan Onsen district is exceptional.
